Release notes - January 2025
In 2025, our goal is to deliver an automated and touchless experience using Agentic AI. We've kicked off the year with major releases to support this vision.
Statements: Email to Rec Results Automation
In 2024, Helpdesk made it easy to manually start a reconciliation directly from the email when it arrived in your inbox. This month, we took the first step towards touchless reconciliation by automating the start of the process. Now, when a statement lands in your inbox, we automatically start the reconciliation. Whether automated or manually created, all your reconciliations live on the reconcile page. We've made it easy to identify which recs are new, and there's a column to denote who created it or if it was auto-created.
Helpdesk: Triggers - 'Thank you for your email'
Our goal in 2025 is to use automation to help you increase the percentage of tickets resolved. Triggers is a key new feature that will help you automate responses when a ticket is created or a new message is received. You can respond with a template or forward it to a specific email address.
Just head over to the Helpdesk settings to set Triggers up. Watch this space: we'll be adding more functionality and options to Triggers in the coming months.
Helpdesk: Custom fields
One of our most highly requested features for Helpdesk is custom fields. Our auto-categorisation covers a range of email types, but we want to support all our customers' unique needs. You can now set up as many custom fields as you like in Helpdesk settings. These fields will be available to select on any ticket, and of course, you can use filters as you would on any other field.
Other features released in January:
Comments on statement-only items—We now carry forward any comments made on statement-only line items to future reconciliations.
PO Document Identification—When an email comes in with a PO attached, we can automatically identify the document type.
Updated reconciliation status—Based on feedback from customers, we've updated two status types on reconciliations. We've now updated "Not on ledger" to "Missing" when an invoice isn't found on the ledger or anywhere and "Not open on ledger" when the invoice is found but not on the ledger.
Share with vendor status—A new status on reconciliations will tell you whether a reconciliation has been shared with a vendor.
Attachments in templates—When creating templates, you can now add attachments that will be included when the template is used.
Recs KPI widgets—We've added a few new widgets including Recs Completed, High Risk Vendors and Top Spending Vendors.
