July 2025: New Dashboards and faster data access

Release notes July 2025

This month we’ve launched new Dashboards across Xelix! We’ve upgraded our Transactions, Statements and Helpdesk dashboards to give you more accessibility to specific data sets. Simply click on any chart component and we’ll present the data to you.

We’ve also listened to your feedback and made our platform more you-friendly. In Statements, we’ve updated some of our features to better suit your workflow. In Helpdesk we’ve introduced a new ticket view so you can choose how to read and manage your tickets.

Helpdesk

1. All Tickets view

In addition to our ‘Inbox’ and ‘Kanban’ view, we’ve added a new ‘All Tickets’ tab view. Think of it as a spreadsheet-like interface for managing your tickets across any mailbox.

Similar to our Statements ‘Detail’ tab - this view gives you a comprehensive report on the unique properties of your tickets. It allows you to filter by the data you’d like to see.

  • Select the mailboxes you want to view your tickets from

  • Filter and sort ticket fields in Columns & Filters (e.g. age, status, assignee, ticket ID)

  • View ‘Focused’ and ‘No action required’ tickets to track which tickets need your attention and monitor resolution activity

  • Refresh ticket status by clicking the reload icon

→ No more folder or mailbox-limited views

→ Monitor resolution activity and identify bottlenecks with ease

2. New Dashboard

Aside from prettier colours, our new Helpdesk Dashboard is more accessible for your immediate data view. We’ve now introduced a number of handy features that give you a quick summary of your projected workload:

What's new?

Click-throughs:

  • Click any chart component, e.g. a ticket category in the 'Open Tickets by Category' pie chart, to instantly access a filtered and refined view in our new ‘All Tickets’ tab

→ Skip the manual navigation and access all relevant tickets with a single click

Ticket status widgets:

  • We'll inform you about the amount of open, closed and one touch tickets you have as a team whilst also providing you with data about the tickets assigned to you

  • You can click on these widgets to access a table view of the corresponding tickets

→ Quickly identify unresolved tickets to prioritise your workload

→ Monitor team performance by tracking ticket closure rates

→ Track your ticket movement with real-time insights

💡 Note: You'll notice a locked ‘tickets in breach’ widget. Watch this space as we work on a new SLA update where you'll be able to decide how quickly Helpdesk tickets should be acknowledged or resolved.

3. Helpdesk Search

We’ve enhanced and expanded our searching scope. With faster search times and more accurate keyword matches, Helpdesk Search saves you from manual perusing.

  • Search across all mailboxes and folders from any view

  • Search by keywords from message body and subject

💡 Note: We're waiting on your feedback to further enhance Helpdesk Search. Currently, to search by 'ticket ID', 'recipient' or 'attachment name' please filter your tickets in the ‘All Tickets’ tab.

4. Pop out message

More space for you to focus on your message, and complete it, before carrying on with your work.
