Release notes 2025
This month, we’ve expanded your dashboard visibility. Helpdesk now provides filterable ageing reports to track ticket lifespan and resolution rates.
Over in Statements, you'll find matching tolerance settings that allow you to accept certain amount mismatches, auto-approval for recent changes and some handy polishes to Rec Composer.
This month’s launches are the result of your continued customer feedback. As we release features in the coming months, we ask that you keep it coming!

Helpdesk
1. Ageing reporting
Introducing ticket lifecycle visibility to Helpdesk!
You’ll find the Aged Tickets Breakdown in your chart library, ready to be pinned to your dashboard.
You can now see exactly how long tickets have been open without doing manual exports or calculations.
This means: better visibility, faster workload balancing and accountable SLA compliance.
We categorise tickets by age: 1 day old, 2 days old, 3 days old, 4-7 days old and 7+ days old.
We also show you the total number of pending tickets per user, helping you manage backlogs and stay on top of SLAs.
💡 Note: We calculate ticket age by creation date only (not last touch). For example, "3 days" means your tickets are 3 days old since they entered your system.
💡Note: you can click on a user's name to see a filtered view of their tickets
What’s more is our aging tickets feature offers handy filtering options for better visibility.
Click the filter icon in the top right to filter tickets by date range (showing the age of tickets created and in progress during that range) and by status (New, In Progress, Resolved, Completed).
Statements
1. Matching Tolerance
A highly requested feature, we’ve launched our Matching Tolerance settings.
Located in your Statements settings, you can now set a numerical limit for acceptable differences between invoices and statement amounts.
Less “Investigate”, more “Matched” reconciliation lines!
💡 Note: you can define tolerance using either a percentage or a fixed currency amount
2. Automatically approve changes
Xelix can automatically approve recent changes to your reconciliations, so it’s one less thing for you to do.
Reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager to get this customised in our backend.
3. Rec Composer polishes
We now tell you exactly why your file uploads failed:
Uploading pdf and excel at the same time
Uploading more than 50 files
Uploading an unsupported file format
Uploading a file that is too large (50MB)
Uploading a password-protected file
Uploading a file which contains virus
We’ve added clearer visibility into your excluded rows:
4. Filter for unassigned statements
Under the “Assigned User” column, you’ll find an option to filter for ‘Unassigned’ statements on the Reconcile page.
